DESCRIPTION:Get Ready for a Smashing Evening!\n\n\n\n\n\nA fun-filled\, high-energy badminton tournament for NSU Alumni & Family (spouse\, children).\n\n\nTrophies\, fierce rallies\, and great memories await!\n\n\nTournament Categories & Format\n\n\n\nMen’s Doubles – 12 Teams | 4 Groups (Top 4 group winners → Semis)\nMen’s Singles – 8 Players | 2 Groups (Group Winners → Final)\nWomen’s Singles – 6 Players | 2 Groups (Group Winners → Final)\nMixed Doubles – 6 Teams | 2 Groups (Group Winners → Final)\n\n\n\nMatch Rules\n\n\n\n15 Points per Game\nFormat may be adjusted for timing\nGroup Tiebreakers: Head-to-head\, then points for vs Against in case of 3 way tie\n\n\n\nParticipation Details\n\n\nOpen to: NSU Alumni + Their Spouse & Children\n\n\nPlayers can’t join both Men’s Singles & Doubles. One can play in Mixed Doubles as second format\n\n\n\n\n\nFor Doubles\, you have to register with Player 2\n\n\n\n\n\nFee: $20 AUD per player\, per format\n\n\nLimited spots – First come\, first serve!\n\n\nPayment due within 48 hrs of confirmation email to finalise your spot.\n\n\nSpots Available\n\n\n\nMen’s Doubles: 12 Teams (24 Players)\nMen’s Singles: 8 Players\nWomen’s Singles: 6 Players\nMixed Doubles: 6 Teams (12 Players)\n\n\n\nRegistration Opens: 11th August\, 7 PM\n\n\nSeparate links for each category will be shared in this group.
